Clancy Pilate

In The Convocation he is ranked as the II of Pentacles

A human who works for DTC as a low-level clerk. He’s an intern, young, somewhat risk-taking.

Was working for the Convocation as a subversive agent, undermining the new Republic Of Reghed Glacier.

Is currently a double agent. Has been extricated from prison and the The Convocation by Tam. Is now working inside the Convocation to choke off funds and weaken the suit of Pentacles.

His name is a bad pun.
